Starting my venture was not a sudden epiphany nor was it based on following a trend. It was based on over 17 years of experience in real estate with a vision to deliver excellence. My time spent in the corporate world pushed me through many learning curves, of which the ability to identify the ultimate need of the client is a trait that I intend to instill in my workforce.

As much as delivering the desired outcome is a vital requirement, delivering the ‘best desired outcome’ to the client is an added element to our success story. A client will have an idea mapped out, but how practical, sustainable, and healthy it is to live in is a discussion that needs to be carried out in order to
